The vision of the channel is to reach out to students beyond the confines of the classroom. We aspire to change the way education is perceived. We bring science into the household and foresee a world with better access to education, teeming with curious minds. Our vision is to bring our students into the 21st century through innovation and modern technology. Out of 32 DTH channels, launched by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in August 2016, EMMRC, University of Kashmir has been assigned one-DTH Channel on Life Science. The subjects that are covered under this channel are Zoology, Life Science, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Botany and Biomedical Science for undergraduate students. The channel can be watched from DD DTH platform and also on Dish TV, ÔÇÿChannel No. 2009ÔÇÖ.
